Before entering the world of football, Damian had been involved in the Finance Industry for many years. He has successfully fulfilled various roles in Personal and Commercial Finance and owns a lucrative Mortgage introduction Company. Damian is also the Co-owner of a trend-setting recruitment business, widely tipped to transform the recruitment industry.

His integrity, attentiveness and entrepreneurial approach to his work has enabled him to build trusting relationships with numerous industry leading associates throughout all sectors of the business world. Over the years, he has established many long-term relationships with high-profile figures in the football circles in every Continent of the world.

Damian is the Founder and Co-owner of Elite Football Management Ltd. A committed, honest professional, he leads the company as EFM's Managing Director.

Ernie Arathoon, Football Consultant

Ernie started his own business 20 years ago, buying and selling property including public houses and several other assets. Soon after, he set up a development company building residential properties.  He now owns a large, ever-increasing property portfolio.

Ernie has made significant investments into Bristol City Football Club over 4 years and provides his comprehensive knowledge and assistance to BCFC wherever possible.

With his knowledge of the football industry and wisdom in wealth management, Ernie is an invaluable representative at EFM. Ernie is Co-owner of Elite Football Management Ltd and takes on the position of Football Consultant.

Simwinji Zeko, Players' Agent

Simwinji spent nine years playing as a semi-professional footballer in Southern Africa. He gained a football coaching qualification before relocating to the United Kingdom. There he had a stint as a broadcast journalist before heading to university.

As well as being a law graduate and with his passion for football, he is also actively involved in aspects of the creative industries throughout the United Kingdom.

The combined experience of football, media and law, along with the knowledge he posseses, has equipped Simwinji with superb ability. He joins Elite Football Management as a Players' Agent licensed by the FA.
